On the morning on the launch, amazon.ca suddenly showed the paperback as unavailable, then later as taking 1-2 months to ship. And the hardcover showed up as being hugely expensive and shipping from the UK. There's no good reason for it, but I'm switching to let KDP (Amazon) do the printing for Amazon. That should fix that, but it may take up to 72 hours before it kicks in.
Also, the printed versions never appeared in Chapters Indigo. I have resolved that, I think, but it will take a week or two. Sigh.
So, not the smoothest launch in the world, but I think it's on track now and I'll update everyone when things are fixed.
